Chris was honored this year at the Dove Awards for Best Gospel Recorded Song for "How Great Is Our God" and Special Event Album of the Year for his involvement on Passion: God of This City. Chris and the band, additionally accompanied by Christy Nockels, also performed "I Will Rise" on the nationally televised broadcast, which can be seen re-airing this spring on the Gospel Music Channel.
